16 slices of bread, no crusts
10 eggs
3 1/2 cups milk
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. of ham cut up into cubes
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. salt
2 cups Corn Flakes or Special K, crushed
1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Put 8 pieces of buttered bread (butter side up) on bottom of pan. Layer ham, then 1/2 cheese, bread (buttered side down) and last 1/2 cheese. Then mix eggs, milk and salt and pour over bread and cheese mixture. Cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight. Crush corn flakes and put on top in the morning. Melt butter and pour over top. Bake at 350º for 1 hour, uncovered.
