1 paquete chico de pudín de chocolate
5 Cucharadas de azúcar
5 Cucharadas de cocoa
1 tarro de leche evaporada
5 huevos
5 hojas de colapez

Directions:
Los primeros 4 ingredientes se unen y se cocinan a fuego lento hasta que tome punto.

Ya listo se le agrega el colapez disuelto en un poco de agua. Una vez que enfría se le echa, las yemas bien batidas y las claras a la nieve. Se refrigera para que cuaje

Crema de yemas:
5 yemas
½ taza de azucar
1 tarro de leche evaporada
