3-4 lb. chuck roast or round steak, cut into bite-sized cubes.

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up roast or round steak into cubes. Place in a gallon ziploc bag. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over meat. Close bag and refrigerate for 2 hours or more. When ready to cook the meat, drain the marinade. Broil or cook on the barbecue.
