1 c. (2 cubes) butter
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. powdered sugar
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. peppermint flavoring
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 of a 7 oz. box vanilla wafers
Garnishes: whipped cream, maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar and butter together. Add melted chocolate, followed by the eggs, vanilla and peppermint flavoring. Place 15 paper baking cups in muffin tins. Place a vanilla wafer at the bottom of each baking cup. Pour chocolate filling in each baking cup. Freeze until firm. Serve each cup with a dollop of whipped cream and a maraschino cherry on top.
