Beefeaters Gin (or, for reasons beyond my comprehension, any
other brand of gin), Tonic, 1 Lime

Directions:
Directions:
Fill an old-fashioned glass halfway with crushed ice. Over the ice
squeeze the juice of half of one lime. Add 1 part Beefeaters Gin.
Next add 2 parts tonic. Stir gently. If desired, garnish with a
wedge from the remaining lime. Enjoy!

This quick and easy cocktail is one of my summertime favorites.
If you do not care for gin.... shame on you! :) However, you can
substitute vodka in this recipe to make a slightly more delicate
tasting vodka and tonic.
