1C. wild rice
2 minced garlic cloves
1 1/2C. peeled, cubed potato
1/3C. flour
2C. chopped cooked chicken
1C. chopped onion
3C. chicken broth
3C. milk
10 oz. cubed cheese
salt and pepper
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice. saute garlic and onion in pot. add broth and potato, bring to boil over med-hi. cover, simmer 5 mins. or until taters are tender. combine milk and flour, stir well with whisk. add milk mix to potato mix;cook 5 mins. until slightly thick, stir constantly. add cheese and melt. stir in rice, chicken and spices.
