1 box of Uncle Ben's long grain & wild rice fast cook recipe (6.2oz)
5 slices of bacon, cooked and drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 (10 3/4oz) cans of cream of potato soup, undiluted
4 cups milk
8 oz mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp butter

Cook rice according to package directions.
Sauté onion in butter.
Mis soup, milk, cheese, and rice together.
Cook over medium to low heat until thoroughly heated.
Garnish each bowl with crumbled bacon and leftover cheese.
