Loaves:
1 ½ - 2 lbs ground smoked ham
1 lb. ground fresh lean pork chops
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
3 eggs
Sauce:
1 c. brown sugar
½ t. dry mustard
½ c. diluted vinegar (1/4 c. vin ¼ c. water)
Bring to a boil until clear brown


Directions:

Mix together and form loves about the size of a baked potato makes about 7-8 loaves.
Place loves in a 9x13 dish pour sauce over
Bake 350 for 1 ½ hrs.
Baste every ½ hr or more.
