Neiman Marcus Cookies Recipe

1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Blend in blender/food processor to a fine powder:
2 1/2 cup oatmeal
Combine the following:
Blended oatmeal
2 cup flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
Combine wet and dry ingredients in mixer and beat.
Stir in:
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 - 4oz. Hershey bar (grated)
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (your choice)

Roll into balls and place 2" apart on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.
Bake 10 - 12min at 375
