Meat Ball Ingredients
3 lb Hamburger
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
2 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 tsp accent
Dab of Tabasco sauce
1 cup milk
2 eggs - beaten
1 tsp chopped onion
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp salt

Sauce Ingredients
2 - 81/2oz cans crushed pineapple
2 - cups brown sugar
4 Tablespoon cornstarch
4 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup red wine vinegar
2 cup beef bouillon
2/3 cup green pepper chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat ball ingredients together and form into 1inch balls. Bake at 350º for 20 min.
For sauce drain pineapple and put juice with brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir on stove until thickened. Add other ingredients and pour over meatballs. I use a crockpot. Simmer for 30min before serving.
