MAKE THE DAY BEFORE:
1 lb. pork sausage or 1 lb. bacon
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp dry mustard
2 slices of white bread
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute sausage or bacon- drain
Beat eggs with salt, milk, dry mustard
Layer into 9X13" pan.....Bread cubes
sausage (or bacon)
cheese
Pour egg mixture over top
Refrigerate overnight

Bake 350º 45 minutes or until golden brown
