1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup margarine
1 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1/4 cup water
3 cups chopped rhubarb
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 pkg. strawberry Jello

Mix first six ingredients together until crumbly. Save 1 1/2 cups for topping. Put remainder on bottom of 9 x 13 ungreased pan.

Cook rhubarb, sugar, water, cornstarch and Jello until thickened and rhubarb is cooked. Add 1 t. vanilla.

Put this mixture on crumb bottom and then add 1 1/2 cups on top.

Bake 30-35 minutes at 375.
