Stromboli Recipe

1 loaf frozen bread dough per directions on package. Roll dough out to approx. 15" x 12".

In batter bowl combine:
2 T parmesan cheese
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 egg yolk (save white)
2 T olive oil
1-2 pressed (chopped) fresh garlic cloves

Mix well and spread on bread dough like butter.

Cover with:
2 c Mozzarella cheese and choice of toppings (sauteed peppers, onions, mushrooms, pepperoni, cooked sausage, cooked ground beef, ham, etc.).

Roll like a jelly roll and turn ends under with seam down.

Whisk egg white and brush on dough.

Bake 30 min or until golden at 350 degrees.

Slice stromboli and serve warm with heated Pizza/Salsa/Picante sauce.
