1 3.5 oz. bar dark Lindt chocolate, chopped
12 oz. milk chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 c sugar
1 c water
6 large eggs
1 pkg cream cheese
1 c whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Butter a springform pan and cover
inside with buttered parchment paper. Bring water and 3/4 c
sugar to a boil, simmer for 5 min. Place chocolate and butter
in stainless steal bowl and set over simmering pot until melted.
Combine sugar & water with melted chocolate until smooth
(reserve 1/4 c). Add eggs one at a time to chocolate mixture
& whisk until smooth. Poor batter into prepared pan and place
pan in water bath. Bake for 50 min.. Cool cake and release
from pan. Combine remaining 1/4 c chocolate mixture, one
package cream cheese and 2 tbsp sugar. Spread cream
cheese mixture on cooled cake. Add sugar to whipping
cream and whip until stiff peaks form. Spread layer of whip
cream on top of cream cheese layer. Garnish with chocolate
curls, fresh berries and raspberry puree if desired. (To make
raspberry puree, blend 1 c berries in food processor, strain
seeds, and sugar to taste.)
