1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup flour
1 cup oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
Blend ingredients together.
Drop 1/2 tsp. - 1 tsp amounts onto a non-stick cookie sheet.
Only put about 6 cookies on each sheet. Bake for 5-7
minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 1-3 minutes, but not
too long as they harden quickly and will become difficult to
remove. Carefully remove them from a cookie sheet and
place on cooling rack or waxed paper.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
These are simple cookies with in-the-pantry ingredients! They
are beautiful on a plate during the holidays. For an added treat,
drizzle melted dark chocolate on cooled cookie.
