2 lbs. ground venison
1-2 eggs, beaten
1/2 pkg. Saltines
1 T. parsley
1/2 onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 T. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients by hand and then pat into a loaf pan (preferably glass). Make sure you round the top! Cook at 350º or about an hour. Transfer onto a serving platter (leave all the grease behind!) Top with heated GFS barbecue sauce.

Venison creates a coarser and more hearty texture. Also, I usually make my own bbq sauce, but it is so easy to just get a big jar of the GFS brand sauce. It is really good and lasts for a long time!
