1 lb. ground venison
1/2 can or bottle of beer
1 med. can baked beans
1 med. can chili beans
1 sm. can tomato sauce
5-10 pieces of bacon, fried & chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. chili powder
1 pkg. McCormick's Chili Spice mix
crackers
shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown venison. (May add some garlic if you like). In a pot, over low heat, mix meat and all other ingredients. Stir and heat. Serve with crackers and shredded cheddar cheese.

If I have more beans, no matter the type, I throw them in as well. Of course, I never actually measure these ingredients, so if you have a milder or spicier pallet, simply add or deduct!
