4 oz. chicken breast
1 T. olive oil
2 T. onions
1 c. tomatoes
1 tsp. garlic, chopped
1/8 tsp. salt
½ tsp. dried basil
½ c. Fontinella cheese
½ c. mozzarella cheese
½ c. mushrooms
1 T. Parmesan cheese
12 inch pre-baked pizza crust

Preheat oven to 450º. Sauté or bake chicken, cool, cut into ¼ inch wide strips. Sauté onions and garlic briefly in olive oil. Add them to the tomatoes, salt and basil. Spread tomato mixture over the top of the crust. Lay chicken strips over the tomatoes, top with cheeses’, mushrooms and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 450º for 8 min.
