12 slices bread, lightly butter, crusts removed
1 ½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. sausage or bacon, cooked & drained
9 beaten eggs
3 ½ c. milk
2 T. instant onion flakes
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Layer bread or cube it & mix it with cheese, sausage or bacon and eggs. Place in 9x13 greased pan. In a separate bowl combine the milk, onion, salt and dry mustard. Mix and pour over 9 x 13 pan. May top with ½ c. shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 375º for 1 hour.

Tip: Give yourself 1 hour and 25 min. to make sure eggs get done before time to eat.
