Ingredients:  
1 1/4 c flour
2 T sugar
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 egg
1/4 c milk
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients. Mix in egg and milk until well blended. Roll out pretty thin. Cut out with small biscuit cutter. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Best served hot at tea time.
