2 lbs. flank steak
1 clove minced garlic
1 t. salt
1 T. tomato sauce
1 T. olive oil
1/2 t. oregano
3 T. soy sauce
1/4 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from meat. Score meat against the grain on both sides. Combine garlic, salt, tomato sauce, oil, soy sauce, oregano and pepper in small bowl.

Lay steak on long strip of plastic wrap. Spoon sauce on one side, spreading to cover surface with back of spoon. Turn over and repeat. Fold plastic wrap to enclose. Place on platter or pan and refrigerate 5-6 hours. For best results prepare the day before and refrigerate overnight.

Broil over hot coals for approximately 7 minutes on each side. Remove from grill. Place on cutting board. Cut with sharp knife in 1/4 inch slices against the grain.
