Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 bag of white chocolate wafers
6 to 8 T. whipping cream
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
1/4 tsp flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the wafers in a double boiler (a bowl sitting on a small pot with just a 1/2" of water will work) using a very low temperature. Be patient these burn easily. Add cream, powdered sugar & flavoring. (use any you want) Jo & Jan use both almond and lemon. Stir. You might have to set this back on the pan because the cold cream will harden the chocolate. When it is smooth and looks like pancake batter you can color it and dip your cookies in it. Set the frosted cookies on a cooling rack so the excess frosting can drip off. The frosting will harden over time.

Personal Notes:
This is recipe Jo & Jan developed for the cookies. It's a bit more time consuming than the old powered sugar frosting but worth every minute because it tastes so good.
