6-8 chicken breasts
salt& pepper
1 onion - sliced thin
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. paprika
1 c. chicken stock
1 pt. sour cream

Cooked egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into cubes and rub chicken with salt and pepper.
In dutch oven, saute onions in butter until limp.
Stir in paprika.
Add chicken and brown quickly over medium heat.
Add stock.
Cover and cook on low heat until liquid reduces down to 3/4 cup.
Stir in sour cream.
Return to heat for 10 minutes.
Serve over hot noodles.
