6 lg. flour tortillas
water for spraying
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

SALSA
2 medium Granny Smith apples
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 kiwi peeled and chopped
1 small can mandarin oranges
Juice from lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 475º. Brush tortillas w/water using pastry brush or spray bottle. Combine sugar and cinnamon in flour/sugar shaker. Sprinkle over both sides of tortillas. Cut tortillas into wedges. Place tortillas on baking stone. Bake 7-10 minutes or until golden brown. Make sure tortillas are baked crispy brown. Remove and let cool completely.

Peel, core and slice apples. Cut apples in half and chop w/food chopper. Chop strawberries, kiwi and mandarin oranges w/food chopper. Combine in bowl. Squeeze lemon juice over all. Serve fruit salsa w/cinnamon chips.
