2 large chopped onions
3 stalks of celery
sliced mushrooms
1/2 loaf sliced stale challah - soaked with warm water and squeezed dry
2 bulkie rolls, broken into tiny pieces
1/2 box corn flakes
1 roll of ritz crackers - crushed
1 egg
2 grated carrots
garlic salt to taste
lemon pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, mushrooms, and celery in a lot of vegetable oil. Mix together with the bread, carrots, and ritz crackers. Then add the corn flakes. Mix everything together and season to taste. When just right, add the egg and mix for the last time.

Put in a 9X13 pyrex and cook at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
