16 oz. Reames Frozen Egg Noodles
2 cups cooked turkey, diced
2 ounces pimento, chopped
10 oz. (2 1/2 cups) pkg. frozen peas & carrots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup water
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles in boiling water for 20 minutes. Drain. While noodles cook, combine soup, milk, water, and cheese in medium saucepan. Heat to boiling point, stirring frequently to prevent scorching. Combine noodles, turkey, pimento and peas & carrots in large mixing bowl. Pour cheese sauce over ingredients and mix. Place noodle mixture in 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes.
