2 egg yolks
2 t. baking powder
2 T. minced onion
3/4 c. minced ham
1 1/3 c. sifted flour
1/4 t. paprika
1/4 c. drained corn
2 stiffly beaten egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks until light. Add to milk, flour, baking powder salt and paprika. Fold in onion, corn, ham, and egg whites. Fry fritters in deep fryer until brown. Drain on paper towels.
