1 Pgk. Thick Pork Chops
1 Green Pepper
1 Onion (white) sliced into 1/4" slices
1 Tomato sliced into 1/4" slices
Cooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Fry pork chops in pan, brown both sides. Season both sides with salt, pepper and seasoning salt. Slice green pepper, place on top of browned pork chips. Stuff inside of green pepper with cooked rice. Place tomato slice on top of rice. Then place onion slice on top of tomato.
Salt & Pepper - Add 1/2 cup water, simmer on top of stove or oven, basting pork chops several times. May add more water in necessary. Cook for 30 min on top of stove under low heat or 45 min. at 350º oven.
