1 C. raisins
2 tsp. caraway seeds (can use less)
2 1/2 C. flour
1/2 C. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 lb. margarine (1/2 stick)
1 C. buttermilk
2 eggs; beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingrediends together reserving a small amount of the beaten egg. Bake at 350º F. in a greased round baking pan. Before putting in the oven, cut an "x" in the middle of the loaf and brush with the reserved egg.
