Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs hamburger
1 large onion
1 tsp minced onion
Large tsp Italian seasoning
salt/pepper to taste
1 large can tomato juice (I use the cheapest tomato juice as the brand names are too sweet and I don't like that flavor nearly as well),
elbow macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Fry hamburger and diced onion and little minced onion seasoned with salt and pepper. Place in large sauce pan and add about a teaspoon of Italian seasoning and entire can of tomato juice and simmer. Boil water and cook macaroni until soft.Drain. Place macaroni in hamburger/tomato juice stir and heat thru.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I can't tell you how much macaroni to boil, I just open and dump. I like this almost as a soup so I add less macaroni. If I want the traditional goulash add more macaroni.
