1 cup sucanat
1/3 cup xylitol
2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup almond milk
4 tsps brown rice syrup
1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Heat all ingredients to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring frequently, 5 minutes; remove from heat. Cool completely. Enjoy!

The ingredients can be found at health food stores. This is very delicious. If you are diabetic, it can be made with all xylitol, and no sucanat, so you can have it. As long as you buy the unsweetened almond milk, or use regular milk. Very good over icecream, or soy icecream, or to dip fruit into.
