For Salad:
8 chicken breasts, cooked/shredded
2 heads iceberg lettuce
1 bunch bok choy, chopped
1/2 red cabbage, shredded
4 carrots, grated
wonton strips
1 bunch cilantro, minced
4 c. bean sprout
1 c. cashews
1/2 c. toasted almonds
4 t. sesame seeds

For Dressing:
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. lite soy sauce
1/2 c. sesame oil
1/2 c. rice vinegar
1.5 T. fresh garlic
1 T. ginger
2 T. honey
1.5 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Salad: Toss all ingredients.

Dressing: Combine all ingredients into food processor or blender and mix until it forms creamy consistency. Serve chilled.
