Corn Flake crumbs
Orange Juice
Honey
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder

In a shallow dish, mix orange juice and honey. In another shallow dish, combine the corn flake crumbs and seasonings.

Dip the chicken in the juice mixture and then in the crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes for breasts and 45 minutes to an hour if using bone-in chicken.

Mist the chicken with olive oil after it is coated with the crumbs, before going in the oven, for extra crispiness. Line pan with foil for easy cleanup.
