1 T. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 t. salt
1 T. sugar
4 c. flour
1 T. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in 1/2 c. warm water with sugar. Add flour to mixture. Add rest of warm water mixed with 2 t. salt. Add olive oil.

2. Knead until absorbed. Let rise until doubled. Punch down and let rise 5 more minutes.

3. Roll out egg sized pieces 1/4 in. thick. Bake at 350º F on lowest rack for 2-3 minutes. Flip and back another 2-3 minutes.
