3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
14 Ritz© crackers, crushed
2/3 c. broken pecans
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pint whipping cream
splash Grand Marnier liqueur
part of a chocolate bar (for decoration)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325º.
2. Butter a 9 inch round baking dish.
3. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
4. Add the sugar and baking powder, beat until stiff and glossy.
5. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in the crackers, pecans, and vanilla.
6. Spread in the pan and bake for 30 minutes (it should appear golden and spongy when done). Let cool.
7. Just before serving, whip the cream and liqueur until stiff peaks form, then spread over the cooled pie.
8. Peel curls of chocolate from the bar with a vegetable peeler. Sprinkle over the pie.
