Ingredients:  
1 T. butter
1 diced onion
5 stalks celery, chopped
2 c. chicken stock
5 cans black beans, drained
3 tomatoes, diced
1 c. diced ham, bacon, or chopped lunch meat
1 1/2 tsp. cumin, or to taste
1 tsp. cayenne pepper, or to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute the onion and celery in the butter.
2. Add the chicken stock, beans, tomatoes, meat, and spices. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer about 5 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the cilantro.
