6 eggs
6 slices bread (cut off crusts)
1 C grated cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
2 C milk
optional: cooked, crumbled bacon, ham or sausage; onions,
mushrooms,

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread slices in greased baking dish. Slightly beat eggs, and add remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour slowly over bread, cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 45 - 60 minutes.

Ham and swiss cheese makes a good combination too.

This is our favorite Christmas morning breakfast. I also like to add softened cream cheese to milk/egg mixture.
