1st set ingredients:
2 chickens, scored
4 lbs. beef, cut into 1" pieces
2 qts. water
1 sm. bottle Tabasco sauce
1 lg. can tomato juice
2 lg. cans whole tomatoes
1 T. pepper
2 T. salt
2. T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. paprika
1 lg. bottle ketchup
2 T. pickling spice (place in cheesecloth bag)

2nd set ingredients:
1 qt. carrots
1 qt. green beans
1 pint onions
1 pint celery
1 pint corn

3rd set ingredients:
1 qt. potatoes
1 pint peas

Directions:
Directions:
In an electric roaster, cook 1st set of ingredients for 2 hours. Then add the 2nd set of ingredients. Next, add the 3rd set of ingredients. This makes 1 electric roaster full.
