2 tbsp. melted butter;
1 1/2 cups Oreo cookies (crushed up);
1 1/2 lbs cream cheese;
1 c. sugar;
5 large eggs;
1/4 c. all purpose flour;
2 tsp vanilla;
1/4 tsp salt;
8 oz. sour cream;
5 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Mix melted butter with Oreo crumbs and press into bottom and sides of a buttered springform pan. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar while beating with mixer. Add eggs, one at a time while beating. Add flour, sour cream, vanilla and salt while beating. With a spoon stir in the 5 chopped Oreos. Pour mixture into springform pan and sprinkle with a few more chopped Oreos. Bake on top rack of oven for 75 minutes. Prop open oven door and let cheesecake sit in cooling oven for 1 hour. Refrigerate before serving.
