1 log of goat cheese
1 fresh French baguette, sliced
fresh basil, for garnish

Marinade:
1 c. (or less) extra virgin olive oil
1 T. red pepper flakes
1 clove fresh garlic, minced
dash pepper
dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat marinade ingredients on low until luke warm. Place goat cheese in serving dish; pour marinade over cheese and let stand for at least 30 minutes. Sprinkle fresh basil over top and serve.
