1 3/4 pounds of ground sirloin
1 medium onion cut in chunks
2 stalks celery cut in 2 inch pieces
1 green pepper
1 egg and a splash of milk - beat together
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1 cup barbecue sauce (try Montgomery Inn)
1/2 cup salsa
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Either olive oil or vegetable oil to coat the muffin pan.

In a food processor place onion, celery and green pepper and pulse to your desired selection. Place the meat and onion mixture into a large bowl with the egg and bread crumbs. Next take the barbecue sauce, salsa and Worcestershire sauce and mix together. Mix 1/2 of the barbecue sauce mixture in with the meat mixture. Spray cooking spray in a 12 count muffin tin. Fill the tins up with the meat loaf mixture and place the remaining barbecue sauce mixture on top of each mini meat loaf. Bake 450º for 20 minutes.
