1 box Fettuccini
1 sick un-salted butter
1 pint heavy whipping cream
2 cups Romano Cheese Shredded
2 cups Parmesan Cheese shredded
Garlic Powder to taste (1 TSP +)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cook fettuccini as directed. Drain, but don't rinse. Set aside

Melt stick of butter in large saucepan over medium heat. (do not let boil)
Add garlic, salt & pepper
Pour in cream, stir constantly * (do not let boil)
While constantly stirring, add small amount of each cheese until mixture is thoroughly blended, no clumps. *Don't stop for even a second or it will clump and start to stick to the bottom of the saucepan. After cheeses have melted, add cooked chicken, shrimp or whatever (but it is good w/no meat)
Remove from heat, add fettuccini and toss until blended.
Serve with garlic bread and enjoy!
