12oz choc chips
2 2/3 c evaporated milk
1 c butter
4 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips and butter. Add milk and sugar. Boil low for 8-10 minutes stirring constantly. Take off heat and add vanilla.
