2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
4 T. shortening (holsum in Africa)
1 tsp salt
4 T. sugar
1/2 cup plain yogurt
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 410 F. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Cut in shortening to dry ingredients. Add yogurt and enough milk to make a good dough. Knead well. Make about 8 good size biscuits (if made too small they will be hard) and place in oiled iron skillet. Bake until done but not over cooked.
