9" unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2/3 T flour
3 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
dash nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Put eggs, sugar, flour, and butter in a bowl. Beat well with mixer. Stir in buttermilk, vanilla, and nutmeg. Pour into unbaked pieshell and bake 35-45 minutes at 350º. Cool on wire rack.
