1 Can of Red Alaskan Sockeye Salmon
1 egg
1 tbs. minced parsley
1 tbs. minced onion -optional
1 cup crushed crackers (approximately 1/2 package)
1 cup corn meal
1/3 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drain all liquid from salmon and remove bones
2. Add egg , onion and parsley mix well and shape into patties
3. Roll into corn meal- coating well
4. Place in hot oil and fry until brown on both sides
