2 large flour tortillas
2 medium Granny Smith apples
1 T. sugar
1 c. strawberries, sliced
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 kiwi, peeled & chopped

1 small orange & zest

2 T. brown sugar

2 T. apple jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 475º. Brush tortillas with water. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over tortillas. Cut each tortilla into eight wedges. Bake 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to cooling rack.
Meanwhile, peel apples, quarter and chop. Juice orange. Combine prepared apples, strawberries, kiwi, orange juice and zest with brown sugar and apple jelly. Serve fruit salsa with cinnamon chips.
