1 lb. of Ground Turkey Dark
1 large can of crushed tomatoes w/basil
1 small can of tomato paste
1 small pk. of Extra firm Tofu
1 red onion
1 green pepper
1 small bottle of vinegar
1 small bottle of olive oil
Cayenne or red pepper
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Add 3 tbsp. of olive oil to a medium sized frying pan and place 1 lb. of Ground Turkey (Dark) + 1 small pk. of chopped Tofu. Stir periodically until browned and cooked throughout. Use Medium-High Heat.

Add 2 tbsp. of olive oil to another medium sized frying pan + 1 chopped red onion + one chopped green pepper. Use Medium heat and Stir periodically until lightly browned.

Combine above (step #1 + step #2) into a large pot on medium heat

Add one shot of vinegar + 1/2 tsp. of Cayenne or red pepper + 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon. Stir contents.

Add 1 large can of crushed tomatoes w/basil +
1 small can of tomato paste to the large pot.

Stir contents and simmer

Taste chili and add more Cayenne or red pepper + cinnamon if desired.

Cool for 10 minutes and serve
