Crust:
1 cup graham crackers
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup butter

Filling:
3 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup whipping cream

Topping:
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 450º. Mix crust, put into 9" springform pan.

Beat cream cheese till fluffy, add sugar, beat in eggs and vanilla. Blend in whipping cream.

Bake at 450º 10 minutes. Reduce to 250º and bake 65-75 minutes more. Cool

In saucepan, combine 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup butter. Cook over medium heat till thick, stirring constantly. Cool slightly, spread over cool cake.
