Beef Roast

Gravy:
roast drippings
water
bullion
corn starch
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Roast a beef roast as you would any roast-may add onions. Save the drippings for the gravy.

For gravy, put drippings in a small pan (add water if you need to make more gravy). Bring to a boil, add bullion for flavor. Once boiling, make a mixture of water and corn starch (the consistency of thick cream) and slowly add to boiling mixture until desired thickness.
